Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp
This summer-long strength, speed, and conditioning program is designed for any athletes!
Athletes will be grouped accordingly:
Youth (3-5)
Jr high (6-8)
HS (9-12)
Groups will be limited to 10 athletes per session
Session 1 will take place from June 3-28th on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Session 2 will take place from July 1-26th on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Youth will be 10am-11am
Jr high 11am-Noon
HS 330pm-430pm
Athletes will learn & refine technique on movements, while developing strength, speed, explosiveness, and coordination to prepare for their upcoming seasons. Each session will include 30 minutes of speed/agility work & 30 minutes of a combination of weight training and conditioning.
Cosch Korby Foxall has worked with many collegiate athletes at Mactown Some notable athletes include Jack Duncan, Ethan Ladd, Derek Botaletto, and many others who still are in the game!
Athletes will work directly with Coach Korby Foxall, who is the Owner of Mactown Fitness.
